Integration guide

Install from WordPress Plugin Store (recommended method)

  1. Go to your WordPress admin panel.
  2. Navigate to Plugins → Add New. Type "Cardinity Payment Gateway" into search bar.
  3. Cardinity Plugin for WooCommerce should appear as a search result. Click "Install Now".
  4. After the installation, "Activate" button should appear. Click it.
  5. Once the plugin is activated you can see it in "Plugins→ Installed plugins" list.
  6. Next, to configure the plugin in your WordPress admin panel navigate to "WooCommerce → Settings".
  7. Go to "Payments" tab, find "Cardinity Payment Gateway" method and click "Manage" on the right.
  8. Enter the "Consumer key" and "Consumer secret", which you can find at your Cardinity account. Note: if you want to use the "External checkout option", you must also fill in "Project key" and "Project secret" fields.
  9. Click Save.

Install manually

Download the Cardinity plugin for Woocommerce from here.

  1. Go to the main WordPress directory of your website.
  2. Navigate to "wp-content/plugins" and create a folder named "Cardinity".
  3. Extract the downloaded Cardinity plugin .zip file, copy and paste it's contents to the newly created "Cardinity" folder.
  4. Login to your WordPress admin panel. If everything has been done correctly, you should see the plugin in your WordPress admin panel under "Plugins→ Installed plugins".
  5. Next, to configure the plugin in your WordPress admin panel navigate to "WooCommerce → Settings".
  6. Go to "Payments" tab, find "Cardinity Payment Gateway" method and click "Manage" on the right.
  7. Enter the "Consumer key" and "Consumer secret", which you can find in your Cardinity account. Note: if you want to use the "External checkout option", you must also fill in "Project key" and "Project secret" fields..
  8. Click Save.

Install using WordPress Plugin Store (alternative method)

Download the Cardinity plugin for Woocommerce from here.

  1. Go to your Wordpress admin panel.
  2. Then navigate to Plugins→ Add New.
  3. In the top-left of the opened window, click the "Upload Plugin" button.
  4. In the next window click "Browse" and choose the Cardinity Woocommerce module .zip file, which you’ve downloaded. Then press "Install Now".
  5. If everything goes well you’ll see "Activate Plugin" button on the next page. This means that Cardinity payment module was successfully installed. Click the "Activate Plugin" button.
  6. Next, to configure the plugin in WordPress admin panel navigate to "WooCommerce → Settings".
  7. Go to "Payments" tab, find "Cardinity Payment Gateway" method and click "Manage" on the right.
  8. Enter your "Consumer key" and "Consumer secret" which you can find in your Cardinity account. Note: If you want to use the "External checkout option", you must also fill in "Project key" and "Project secret" fields.
  9. Click Save.
